Hate(d) speech

Don't blink. Don't snort. Don't roll your eyes or make that funny throaty noise when you disapprove about something. And for DDC's sake don't get upset.

That's for the academic librarians. The public librarians tend to be a bit mellow about these things and don't offend that easy. And the reason we don't offend that easy is because we deal with that mecurial creature called the public. That creature of 10 million faces and 30 million languages.
Believe me when I tell you us 'Pubs' try to use the language that is understood the most by the majority of the people.
That said what is below might offend even some of the more liberal minded public librarians, all 2 of you.
So here goes.
......
......
Turn away now, if you're easily offended

Don' t I didn't warn you.

TA-DA!......

Yes. I used Teen speak. But not just any speak, that hated of speech types that it could be classified by adults as hate speech: Sms/Mxit speech.
And the icing on this cake of horror is that I actually asked a thirteen year old to proof read the
words on top.
We do what we can to keep the future literate.
Really.
